The procedure repository

The procedure repository project has the objective of building the world's most complete body of procedures. It is a central place to store and maintain procedure related resources (procedures, methodologies, templates, job descriptions, etc...) where they can be easily consulted by users.

Find, use and adapt the procedures you need!

Why reinvent the wheel each time we define a new procedure?

The procedure repository is open to the general public and procedures, methodologies and templates within it can be consulted by anyone free of charge and adapted to fit your organization's specific characteristicts.

Help us build the repository!

You are welcome to contribute with any procedure related resource (from an individual procedure, to a set of templates, to a complete methodology).

Submit your procedures to the repository

Your procedures create more value in the repository than in your hard disk. Most procedures don't mean a competitive advantage to your company. By submitting them to the repository you can benefit from enhancements made by others.

If you (or your company) are specialised in a specific discipline it is a way to demonstrate your knowledge, promote your activity and create business opportunities outside your regional scopeĀ

Enhance procedures in the repository

You can colaborate by completing or enhancing resources in the repository (providing more detail, adding useful links, etc...).

For example, if you find a methodology in metoCube format where the description of some tasks is missing, you can contribute by writting them. Or you can add images (such as photos, screenshots or diagrams) to an existing procedure to make it easier to understand.

Let us know of any interesting resource in the internet

If you know of any resource available in the internet that you think fits in the procedure repository let us know and it will be added to the repository (by creating a new resource or enhancing an existing one).
